About Angela
I’m a bilingual non-profit leader with over 15 years of experience supporting community-based organizations through leadership, governance, and operational complexity.
During my 15 years as Executive Director, I’ve worked closely with boards and funders, overseen budgets and reporting, and helped organizations strengthen internal systems during periods of growth, transition, and change.
My work has focused largely on rural, bilingual, and community-serving organizations — environments where capacity is often stretched and accountability expectations are high.
